3. 术后初期，建议食用流质食物，尽量避免刺激性或者过硬的食物。

4-第6天
恢复提示:
这段时间，仍然有一定的肿胀，不影响说话进食，可吃米饭。

护理方法:

1. 术后1周忌烟酒、辛辣等刺激性食物；
2. 术后3-4天内，冷敷有助于预防和减少浮肿；
3. 洗脸时，用细腻的泡沫，然后用清水轻轻洗净，切忌用力揉搓

7天~7天拆线日 
恢复提示:
7天到院拆线（因为术式不同，需按医嘱到院拆线）。

护理方法:

1. 保持伤口清洁，防止感染；
2. 拆线后24小时内伤口不能沾水；
3. 不可用力揉搓伤口，可涂抹祛疤软膏淡化疤痕；
