- 无出血性疾病以及心肺肝肾等，重要器官活动性或进行性疾病；
- 长期服用类固醇激素和阿司匹林等药物者，最好能在术前一周停用；

0-第3天
恢复提示:
该期肿胀比较明显，术后当天伤口会少量渗血，轻微疼痛，有时会有鼻背皮肤淤青，鼻腔会有少量血痂，面中部开始肿起，这些都是正常反应，不必过于担心，要保持平和心态，注意休息。
护理方法:
- 术后第1天换药时纱布需要更换；
- 手术切口的鼻孔内可能会有少许血性液体流出，可用消毒棉签轻轻擦去，不可用没有消毒的东西接触伤口，以免污染。24小时内可以多冷敷；
- 术后前3天尽量仰睡。
4-第6天
恢复提示:
鼻及面部疼痛逐渐减轻，但肿胀会越来越明显，外鼻形态轮廓不清。肿胀的面部可能显得比较难看，这属正常反应，是必须经历的过程。
护理方法:
- 鼻背部的鼻夹要拿下来清理鼻子上的油性分泌物后重新固定；
- 伤口处积存血痂可于手术48小时内，用双氧水轻轻洗去，再用生理盐水清洗，碘伏擦鼻孔及伤口，保持清洁
7天~7天拆线日
恢复提示:
7天到院拆线（因为术式不同，需按医嘱到院拆线）。
护理方法:
- 保持伤口清洁，防止感染；
- 拆线后24小时内伤口不能沾水；
- 不可用力揉搓伤口，可涂抹祛疤软膏淡化疤痕；
- 注意饮食清淡，禁食辛辣刺激性食物。
8-第15天
恢复提示:
面部血循环丰富，创伤之后肿胀较剧，但消肿也快。肿胀逐渐消退后，双眼周围瘀血区颜色逐渐由红转黄，鼻尖、鼻背部仍有不适感。如有眼结膜瘀血者，此期瘀血基本消失。
护理方法:
- 鼻部的夹板固定根据不同可以拿下来或者继续留着，但是鼻背部和面部的皮肤要清理干净；
- 可做一些简单的活动。忌辛辣刺激性食物，多吃水果，蔬菜，注意补充蛋白质。
16-第30天
恢复提示:
鼻部的肿胀要2周才能有明显消退，6周才会不再明显。
护理方法:
- 术后1个月内忌食辛辣、易过敏食物及烟酒；
- 术后一个月内避免碰撞鼻部，防止偏歪。
31-第180天
恢复提示:
组织恢复期为6个月，效果在6个月时呈现较佳效果。
护理方法:
- 术术后鼻部尽量避免外力碰撞、挖鼻孔等，若发现鼻孔流液、鼻部皮肤红肿疼痛等请尽快到院复诊
