术前必读

1. 无出血性疾病以及心肺肝肾等，重要器官活动性或进行性疾病；
2. 长期服用类固醇激素和阿司匹林等药物者，最好能在术前一周停用；

4. 女性患者手术请避开月经期；

0-第3天
恢复提示:
肿胀比较严重，术后鼻夹固定，术区及眼周皮肤发生淤青肿胀；手术第一天鼻孔内，会填充纱布压迫止血，伤口会轻微渗血。

护理方法:

1. 疼痛耐受差者，可口服止痛药，缓解疼痛；
2. 鼻孔填塞纱布，压迫止血24小时；
3. 鼻部戴有鼻夹5天，固定形态同时压迫止血；
4. 术后第二天换药；
5. 保持术区清洁干燥，不沾水。

4-第6天
恢复提示:
鼻部眼周消肿，受重力作用，面颊稍有肿胀，很快会吸收，皮肤淤青吸收发黄，轻度疼痛。

护理方法:

1. 避免重物撞击，防止骨折；
2. 进食冷温软食，不吃辛辣刺激性食物；
3. 不抽香烟，不喝酒，不咀嚼坚硬食物；
4. 保持伤口的清洁干燥，拆线前不能沾水，防止感染。

7天~7天拆线日 
恢复提示:
7天到院拆线（因为术式不同，需按医嘱到院拆线）。

护理方法:

1. 保持伤口清洁，防止感染；
2. 拆线后24小时内伤口不能沾水；
3. 不可用力揉搓伤口，可涂抹祛疤软膏淡化疤痕；

8-第15天
