术前必读
- 术前检查，包括血常规加免疫四项、血压、肋软骨的三维CT检查；确定身体健康，无传染性疾病或其他身体炎症；
- 患有高血压和糖尿病的患者，应该在初诊时向医生告知病情，以便应诊医生确认整形手术和术后治疗方案；
- 患者的面部不能够带有任何的细菌，所以患者绝对不能患上毛囊炎和痤疮以及急性眼炎等疾病；在隆鼻的前一天，患者需要洗澡，并且洗干净面部的油脂，使细菌减少，而且患者还需要清洁鼻腔和剪鼻毛；
- 女性避开月经期；
- 术前两周内，请勿服用含有阿司匹林的药物，因为药物会使得血小板凝固的功能降低；
- 手术采用全麻者，术前需要空腹6-8个小时以上，所以一般术前前一天的晚上12点后，就需要禁食禁水。
0-第3天
恢复提示:
该期肿胀比较明显，术后当天伤口会少量渗血，轻微疼痛，有时会有鼻背皮肤淤青，鼻腔会有少量血痂，面中部开始肿起，这些都是正常反应，不必过于担心，要保持平和心态，注意休息。
护理方法:
- 手术切口的鼻孔内，可能会有少许血性液体流出，可用消毒棉签轻轻擦去；
- 术后24小时内，可以多冰敷；
- 保持术区清洁干燥，不沾水；
- 伤口处积存血痂，可于手术48小时内，用双氧水轻轻洗去，再用生理盐水清洗，碘伏擦鼻孔及伤口，保持清洁。
4-第6天
恢复提示:
鼻及面部疼痛逐渐减轻，但肿胀会越来越明显，外鼻形态轮廓不清；肿胀的面部，可能显得比较难看，这属正常反应，是必须经历的过程；分泌物较多，有可能波及眼周出现肿胀症状。
护理方法:
- 忌辛辣刺激性食物，多吃水果、蔬菜，注意补充蛋白质；
- 减少活动，严禁用手碰触手术切口
7天~7天拆线日
恢复提示:
7天到院拆线（因为术式不同，需按医嘱到院拆线）。
护理方法:
- 保持伤口清洁，防止感染；
- 拆线后24小时内伤口不能沾水；
- 不可用力揉搓伤口，可涂抹祛疤软膏淡化疤痕；
- 注意饮食清淡，禁食辛辣刺激性食物。
8-第15天
恢复提示:
肿胀逐渐消退后，双眼周围瘀血区，颜色逐渐由红转黄，鼻尖、鼻背部仍有不适感
