- 有龋齿或其他牙疾的口腔病者，应先矫治；
- 术前两周内，勿服用含有阿司匹林的药物，因为阿司匹林会使血小板凝固功能降低；

恢复提示:
该期肿胀明显，麻醉阻滞神经，术后当天感觉口水多，口周麻木感，说话不利索，麻药作用消失后恢复；并且伤口有少量渗血，皮肤淤青。
护理方法:
- 应用抗生素，3-5天预防感染；
- 术后常规纱布包扎，止血消肿，避免假体移位；
- 少说话，饭前饭后漱口；
- 术后当天吃温热或冷的流食
4-第6天
恢复提示:
消肿的速度较快，淤青慢慢吸收，去除压迫纱布，可见大体形态，但不是最终效果，需耐心等待恢复。
护理方法:
- 口内缝线，进行拆除；
- 术后饮食方面，尽量不要吃过硬的食物，吃些软食物；
- 避免挤压、撞击、按摩下巴区域；
- 保持口腔清洁，避免食物残渣存留
7天~7天拆线日
恢复提示:
7天到院拆线（因为术式不同，需按医嘱到院拆线）。
护理方法:
- 保持伤口清洁，防止感染；
- 拆线后24小时内伤口不能沾水；
- 不可用力揉搓伤口，可涂抹祛疤软膏淡化疤痕；
- 注意饮食清淡，禁食辛辣刺激性食物。
8-第30天
恢复提示:
仍有轻度肿胀，大体形态可见，等待恢复。
护理方法:
- 术后一月内，不要做剧烈的运动，防止面部受震动或打击，导致假体移位；
- 术后1个月内，忌食辛辣、易过敏食物及烟酒；

恢复提示:
此期仍然有轻度肿胀，肉眼恢复正常，3个月时下巴基本恢复完全，效果可见。
