术前必读

1. 术前术区皮肤避免有感染病灶； 
2. 手术时请避开月经期；
3. 术前不化妆，彻底清洁面部，剪鼻毛和清洁鼻腔；

0-第3天
恢复提示:
该期肿胀比较明显，术后当天伤口会少量渗血，轻微疼痛，有时会有鼻背皮肤淤青，鼻腔会有少量血痂。

护理方法:

1. 半卧位休息，术后第一天不要低头；
2. 术后72小时内，鼻、眼青紫充血逐渐加重，切口会有少许渗血，可用棉签轻沾拭去；若出血较多，请及时与医生联系；
3. 术后第二天，换药一次；
4. 口服抗生素，3-5天。

4-第6天
恢复提示:
鼻及面部疼痛逐渐减轻，但肿胀会越来越明显，外鼻形态轮廓不清。分泌物较多，有可能波及眼周出现肿胀症状。

护理方法:

1. 鼻背部的鼻夹要拿下来清理鼻子上的油性分泌物后重新固定；
2. 伤口处积存血痂可于手术48小时内，用双氧水轻轻洗去，再用生理盐水清洗，碘伏擦鼻孔及伤口，保持清洁；
3. 不让外物撞击鼻子。

7天~7天拆线日 
恢复提示:
7天到院拆线（因为术式不同，需按医嘱到院拆线）。

护理方法:

1. 保持伤口清洁，防止感染；
2. 拆线后24小时内伤口不能沾水；
3. 不可用力揉搓伤口，可涂抹祛疤软膏淡化疤痕；
4. 注意饮食清淡，禁食辛辣刺激性食物。

8-第15天
恢复提示:
面部血循环丰富，创伤之后肿胀较剧，但消肿也快。肿胀逐渐消退后，双眼周围瘀血区颜色逐渐由红转黄，鼻尖、鼻背部仍有不适感。如有眼结膜瘀血者，此期瘀血基本消失。

护理方法:

1. 鼻部的夹板固定根据不同可以拿下来或者继续留着，但是鼻背部和面部的皮肤要清理干净；
2. 可做一些简单的活动。忌辛辣刺激性食物，多吃水果，蔬菜，注意补充蛋白质。

16-第30天
恢复提示:
鼻部的肿胀要2周才能有明显消退，6周才会不再明显。

护理方法:

1. 术后1个月内忌食辛辣、易过敏食物及烟酒；
2. 术后一个月内避免碰撞鼻部，防止偏歪

31-第180天
恢复提示:
组织恢复期为6个月，效果在6个月时呈现较佳效果。

护理方法:

1. 术后鼻部尽量避免外力碰撞、挖鼻孔等，若发现鼻孔流液、鼻部皮肤红肿疼痛等请尽快到院复诊

Recovery tips:

Aftercare methods:

1.  Remove the nose clip on the back of the nose to clean the oily secretions on the nose and fix it again.
