1. 有龋齿或其他牙疾的口腔病者，应先矫治；

恢复提示:
该期肿胀明显，麻醉阻滞神经，术后当天感觉口水多，口周麻木感，说话不利索，麻药作用消失后恢复；并且伤口有少量渗血，皮肤淤青。

护理方法:

1. 应用抗生素，3-5天预防感染；
2. 术后常规纱布包扎，止血消肿，避免假体移位；
3. 少说话，饭前饭后漱口；
4. 术后当天吃温热或冷的流食

4-第6天
恢复提示:
消肿的速度较快，淤青慢慢吸收，去除压迫纱布，可见大体形态，但不是最终效果，需耐心等待恢复。

护理方法:

1. 口内缝线，进行拆除；
2. 术后饮食方面，尽量不要吃过硬的食物，吃些较软食物；
3. 避免挤压、撞击、按摩下巴部位；
4. 保持口腔清洁，避免食物残渣存留

7天~7天拆线日 
恢复提示:
7天到院拆线（因为术式不同，需按医嘱到院拆线）。

护理方法:

1. 保持伤口清洁，防止感染；
